Ann is a former kindergarten teacher who taught in Cave Creek. When she first started teaching, her classroom was capped at 20 children, she had a full-time teaching assistant and another teaching assistant for special education kids. When she left the profession, she had 29 kindergarteners, no teaching assistant and a part-time assistant for special education even though she had three children with autism. Ann believes that the state is asking teachers to perform the impossible.
