Montserrat, a Tucson parent, spoke up at the community budget hearing in Tucson to advocate for teachers. She believes we should take every available resource and give it to teachers. Then we should give pay raises to support staff such as librarians, bus drivers, social workers, music and art teachers. They are our warriors, and they need livable wages.
